The Plans and Partnership Integrator will develop and maintain strategic partnerships with the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and intergovernmental stakeholders in support of Special Program activity enterprise planning and objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building relationships with diverse government partners, including interactions with Congress and legislative affairs personnel.
Other Duties Include;
- Develop and maintain partnerships with DoD, IC, and intergovernmental stakeholders to support Special Program activity enterprise planning and objectives
- Interact with senior-level government officials, including Congressional staff and legislative affairs personnel, to advance program interests and objectives
- Demonstrate understanding of DoD, ideally Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and Joint Staff, coordination and strategic planning processes
- Collaborate with DoD Special Access Programs (SAPs) on a routine basis to support program planning and execution
- Provide expert advice and guidance on partnership development and maintenance to support program objectives
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve partnership goals and objectives
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, briefings, and other events to support partnership development and maintenance
- Prepare and present briefings, reports, and other materials to senior-level government officials and program stakeholders
Requirements:
- 20+ years of experience in developing relationships with diverse government partners, including interactions with Congress and legislative affairs personnel
- Experience working with DoD SAPs on a routine basis over several years
- Strong understanding of DoD, ideally OSD and Joint Staff, coordination and strategic planning processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Clearance requirement:
- Must have a current TS/SCI clearance and be eligible for special program access
