MTSI is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support the Systems Engineering Department (SED) for government customers. The candidate will provide administrative support to a team of Software Engineers comprised of military, government, and contractor support. This is a great position to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Act as the point of contact to deliver outstanding service, ensuring a positive experience for clients and stakeholders by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining professionalism at all touchpoints.
- Proficient Use of MS Office Suite: Utilize advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) to create high-quality documentation, presentations, and reports, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational standards.
- Visitor Engagement and Front Desk Management: Welcome and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently while maintaining the reception area as a welcoming and organized space.
- Multi-Line Phone System Management: Efficiently handle incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel, manage voicemail systems, and ensure seamless communication across departments.
- Document Preparation and Brief Editing: Draft, proofread, and edit briefs, presentations, and other communications, ensuring clarity, grammatical accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Calendar and Schedule Management: Coordinate and maintain detailed calendars for leadership and project teams, scheduling meetings, conferences, and events while balancing priorities to optimize productivity.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Must have a School Diploma
Desired Experience:
- Three (3) years of Administrative Support
- Familiarity with JPAS
- Prior Naval experience is a plus
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Active Secret Clearance
