We are seeking a high-impact leader to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Director’s digital transformation initiative. In this prominent role, you will help drive the modernization of systems engineering processes, tools, and products across the Agency. A central responsibility will be developing and advancing the Government Reference Architecture – an integrated, cloud-based framework that enables collaborative development, testing, and integration of tactical software. This architecture will support role-based tools and user-specific interfaces across the enterprise. The team’s mission is to replace outdated, document-heavy workflows and siloed communication methods with a dynamic, digital engineering ecosystem that promotes real-time, multi-user collaboration and automates documentation processes, ultimately increasing efficiency, traceability, and agility across MDA’s fast-paced engineering environment.
