Responsibilities:
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
Technical and Program/Project Management Support:
-         Assist and support the collection and analysis of information to provide insights on the CTA Defense investment portfolio, workforce, infrastructure, and industry capabilities and provide a quarterly survey.
-         Collect and analyze information relevant to the CTA such as international partnerships, emerging topics in basic research, and adversary activities and coordinate with sub-components and program offices within OUSW(R&E), the Intelligence Community, and other agencies as appropriate to gather necessary information.
Modeling & Simulation:
-         Consolidate data into a centralized data repository on DoW investments into the RDT&E portfolio to enable improved visibility and analytics for decision makers. This involves data modeling, integration of multiple data sources, data architecture development, and functionalities in the data analysis including AI and natural language processing models.
-         Gather requirements from stakeholders to identify areas of interest such as technology transition, investment tracking, prototyping and experimentation project development.
-         Develop decision ready dashboards to provide real-time decision support for DoW stakeholders. This involves requirements collection, stakeholder engagement, interface design, and other required functionalities.

Qualifications Required:
-     At least ten years’ experience in technical and program/project management support with experience in Critical Technology Areas: Scaled Hypersonics, Scaled Directed Energy, Quantum and Battlefield Information Dominance, Applied Artificial Intelligence, Biomanufacturing, and Contested Logistics Technologies

Education:
-     Master’s in relevant field

-     TS/SCI
