Tucson, ArizonaThe Senior Administrative Assistant will support top level executives and leaders at ARCWERX Innovation Center, located in Tucson, AZ., and will establish lasting connections with industry, academic, and military innovation partners; facilitate evaluation of the effectiveness of education offerings; and establish standardized reporting and analysis software tools that will allow ARCWERX to accurately and effectively assess return on investment, impact on mission, and strategic deterrent effects of innovation projects sourced or supported by daily activities.
This position will support Executives and Leaders and perform the following duties:
• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to support organizational goals and ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Facilitate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes documentation, and follow-up tracking.
• Oversee cross-functional projects and initiatives, monitoring progress and deliverables.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in a related field plus 10 years of experience (YOE) OR
- Bachelor's Degree plus 18 YOE OR
- Associate's Degree plus 22 YOE
- Possess or able to gain a Secret Clearance
