As a Senior Network Specialist with MTSI you will design and define system architecture for new or existing systems, particularly for data transfers, cross domain solutions, and workload integrations.
Other Duties:
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud integration with multiple public cloud service providers.
- Support current systems / manage complex problems where analysis of situation requires in-depth evaluation
- Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of Information Technology (IT) system investments.
- Assist in the planning for large-scale projects through vendor comparison and cost studies
- Support implementation, configuration, operations and maintenance of multiple systems
Required:
- 10+ years of IT experience with a focus on architecture design, development or infrastructure.
- 7 years of relevant DoD/IC or relevant industry work experience with no less than 2 years experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment, with at least one year of that total being within the past 5 years.
- Proven experience in developing and implanting enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms and architectures.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and technologies (e.g., APIs, microservices, message queues, cross domain solutions)
- Strong organizational, documentation, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing presentation materials for leadership audiences.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field REQUIRED
- Master's Degree preferred
Clearance Requirements:
- Candidate must have a US Top Secret SCI security clearance with SAP experience
