MTSI is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and coordinate activities for highly classified secure network infrastructure within a U.S. Air Force program environment. This role involves managing program requirements, execution milestones, and technical integration across secure IT and network development efforts. The selected candidate will serve as a key liaison between government stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, and engineering leads. This position is ideal for a seasoned program management professional with a strong understanding of secure communications systems, classified infrastructure, and Air Force acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of secure network infrastructure projects and related support efforts.
  • Track program milestones, manage risk, and support resource planning to ensure timely technical delivery.
  • Interface directly with cybersecurity, IT, and engineering teams to align efforts with program objectives.
  • Support acquisition documentation, program reviews, stakeholder briefings, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate across multiple contractors and government organizations to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Ensure alignment with DoD security and operational standards for classified systems.
  • Proactively identify and address programmatic risks, schedule impacts, and integration challenges.


Qualifications


Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting defense acquisition programs, particularly with secure network or IT systems.
  • Proven ability to lead complex efforts involving multiple stakeholders and technical domains.
  • Strong understanding of DoD acquisition lifecycle, milestone planning, and program execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience briefing senior leadership.
  • Must possess an active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI and SAP.

Desired
  • Experience supporting AFLCMC, or similar Air Force organizations.
  • Background in classified IT infrastructure, network architecture, or secure communications.
  • PMP certification or DAU Level II/III program management training.
  • Familiarity with DoD 5000 series, RMF processes, and classified system environments.
