MTSI is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and coordinate activities for highly classified secure network infrastructure within a U.S. Air Force program environment. This role involves managing program requirements, execution milestones, and technical integration across secure IT and network development efforts. The selected candidate will serve as a key liaison between government stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, and engineering leads. This position is ideal for a seasoned program management professional with a strong understanding of secure communications systems, classified infrastructure, and Air Force acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of secure network infrastructure projects and related support efforts.
Track program milestones, manage risk, and support resource planning to ensure timely technical delivery.
Interface directly with cybersecurity, IT, and engineering teams to align efforts with program objectives.
Support acquisition documentation, program reviews, stakeholder briefings, and performance tracking.
Coordinate across multiple contractors and government organizations to ensure cohesive execution.
Ensure alignment with DoD security and operational standards for classified systems.
Proactively identify and address programmatic risks, schedule impacts, and integration challenges.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience supporting defense acquisition programs, particularly with secure network or IT systems.
Proven ability to lead complex efforts involving multiple stakeholders and technical domains.
Strong understanding of DoD acquisition lifecycle, milestone planning, and program execution.
Excellent communication skills and experience briefing senior leadership.
Must possess an active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI and SAP.

Desired

Experience supporting AFLCMC, or similar Air Force organizations.
Background in classified IT infrastructure, network architecture, or secure communications.
PMP certification or DAU Level II/III program management training.
Familiarity with DoD 5000 series, RMF processes, and classified system environments.
