- Coordinate, manage, and track administrative personnel security (PERSEC) actions in a growing company
- Use knowledge of DoD policies, guidance, and procedures to provide administrative support to a number of government customers
- Generate, route, and process SCI Nomination Packages across multiple government customers
- Organize, Process, and maintain electronic personnel security records across multiple systems
- Knowledge of PERSEC administrative activities to include but not limited to managing PERSEC (DISS and NBIS actions), conduct applicable agreements and briefings (non-disclosure agreements, access briefings)
- Support the creation and administration of Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA)
- Maintain classified holdings in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM
- Support other facets of an industrial security program to include Physical Security operations, COMSEC and Document Control
- This position will require U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD TOP SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain TS//SCI Eligibility
- The ideal Industrial Security Administrator is a self-starter with excellent attention-to-detail, organization skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and move from one task to another with ease
- Ability to gather information from written and verbal sources and consolidate it into a standard format
- Ability to use good judgement and problem-solve
- Experience with collaborating within a team and working independently
- Experience using DoD security databases to manage security clearances
- Familiarity in using security information management systems (i.e. SIMS application)
- Expertise using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Must have minimum total of five (5) years' experience in industrial security as it relates to Personnel Security (PERSEC)
- Understanding of the 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM
