Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Ground Segment Engineer with RPA experience to support the design, integration, testing, and operation of mission-critical ground systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, integrate, and sustain ground control stations, communication networks, and mission planning tools for RPA operations.
- Coordinate with air vehicle teams to ensure interoperability and mission readiness.
- Support system testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and configuration management.
- Maintain compliance with cybersecurity, safety, and airworthiness requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in ground segment engineering or systems integration.
- Hands-on RPA experience (MQ-9, MQ-1, RQ-4, or similar).
- Knowledge of mission planning systems, SATCOM/LOS data links, and GCS hardware/software.
- Active DoD clearance preferred.
