As a Basing Support, Strategic Combat Systems SME, you will provide subject matter expertise and on-site support related to the establishment, maintenance, and operations of program basing locations. This role requires extensive travel to various sites (CONUS and OCONUS) to assess needs, provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with program requirements. Serves as the primary point of contact for basing personnel and acts as the liaison between the program office and field operations. Geographically separated work is authorized, provided the individual has weekly access to classified facilities and can maintain daily communication with the program office.

Required Experience:

• 15+ years experience in Special Access Programs and/or SCI environment within the last five (5) years; direct experience with establishing, maintaining, and operating classified facilities, and experience working with international countries for OCONUS basing locations. 
• Experience with shaping MAJCOM and Combatant Command requirements and demonstrated understanding of USAF operational plans.
• Experience with the Strategic Combat Systems (SCS) program is highly desired to minimize spin-up time and maximize performance.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree within a related field.
• Master's degree within a related field. (Highly Desired)

Clearance Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI /SAP
