Provide technical and administrative support to MDA DTGS (Ground Test Support)
Manage all aspects of the Resource Scheduling Cell (RSC)
Manage schedules for recurring RSC meetings
Develop RSC distribution lists, agendas and briefing packages
Manage RSC meeting logistics (conference rooms, VTC information, etc.)
Develop RSC meeting minutes
Maintain/coordinate RSC Action Items
Produce/Coordinate RSC Decision Memos, as required
Support Test Management Suite – Ground (TMS-G) operations [software tool for optimized scheduling of ground test resources that identifies and assists in resolving resource conflicts]
Support MDA customer for on-site meetings and demonstrations when needed
Support ground test strategic planning activities
Provide ground test resource management support
Support development of ground test processes and procedures
Anticipate government customer needs

Basic Qualifications:

Education: BA/BS in a related field. Three years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for the BA/BS degree requirement.
Experience: 7 years of relevant experience.
Experience with DoD testing desired.
Experience with DoD test execution desired.
