MTSI is seeking an experienced Senior Program Analyst with extensive knowledge with Program Management Resource Tool (PMRT), Comprehensive Cost and Requirement (CCAR) tool, General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) interface and reconciliation. This role will support PEO Aviation in Huntsville, Alabama.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop forecasts, and financial plans aligned with program objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on variances between actual performance and projections.
- Collaborate with program managers to establish plans and projections for various projects/programs.
- Ensure adherence to approved guidelines and recommend adjustments when necessary.
- Assist in resource allocation decisions based on financial projections and constraints.
- Analyze program cost structures, operational efficiency, and the return on investment (ROI).
- Generate detailed reports to assess whether programs meet defined and strategic goals.
- Support internal audits and external reviews, providing detailed financial documentation.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree with 7 years experience in related field.
Required Skills:
- Must have 7 years related years of experience in the following:
- Program Management Resource Tool (PMRT)
- Comprehensive Cost and Requirement (CCAR) tool
- General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) interface, and reconciliation.
- Must have strong skills and depth of experience in the development of an array of alternative solutions for program management challenges relating to schedule, production, fielding and sustainment.
- Must have exceptional written and oral presentation skills.
- Must have demonstrated experience working individually as well as organizing and facilitating working groups.
- Must have experience preparing detailed written reports and/or briefings suitable for presentation to senior level military and corporate leadership
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Must have an Active Secret Clearance; US citizenship required.
