MTSI is seeking an analyst/engineer who will work with a team of multi-disciplinary engineers in analyzing, applying and evaluating state-of-the-art Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) techniques and technologies with a focus on Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR). Candidates will have experience in navigation systems analysis and be responsible for navigation system characterization; threat characterization and analysis; data processing and analysis; hardware- and software-in-the-loop testing experience as well as experience running and modifying 3DOF and 6DOFsimulations.
- B.S. or M.S. in Engineering with 10+ years of directly related technical engineering experience; experience in navigation system analysis preferred with guidance and control experience a plus
- Top Secret clearance with in-scope SSBI; experience working on classified and special access programs preferred
- Candidates should have outstanding communication skills in conveying complex technical issues and in providing comprehensive written, oral and/or digital products
- Candidates should have general knowledge of guidance and navigation techniques and should possess familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) and the United States Intelligence Community (IC).
- Candidates should have demonstrated skill sets in modeling, simulation, and analysis software such as MATLAB/Simulink and experience in at least one or more high¬-level programming languages (e.g. C, C++). Experience with LINUX OS a plus.
