We are seeking a high-impact leader to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Ground Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) systems engineering team. In this role, you will be providing the full range of systems engineering support for the development and sustainment of the GMD weapons system. Due to the small team size and dynamic nature of the required support, this position requires a self-starter and solutions-focused person. The GMD systems engineering team has responsibility for systems engineering implementation across all the GMD components, so a broad understanding and experience with MDA / GMD SE processes is a must. The GMD systems engineering team is leading the digital acquisition approach for GM so experience with digital engineering tools such as CAMEO is desired.
