Personnel performing in this position are motivated program management professionals with the necessary skills to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office (ATEA FPO) including the Education and Outreach mission of the office which includes:
- Support for Quarterly ATEA Enterprise Meetings with planning and execution
- Support for Education Courses with planning and scheduling
- Support for Conferences and Secure Solution Forums with planning and execution
- Support to the ATEA FPO in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing organizational projects
- Assist with meeting preparation and execution, which includes developing agendas, compiling briefing materials, and attendance rosters; documents meeting results and follows up on resultant action items, decisions, and directives
- Support to the ATEA FPO and leadership executing various administrative and process management tasks
As a Project Manager with MTSI, you will be responsible for supporting customers in Special Access Programs (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) facilities. You will interact daily with other PMs, engineers, contracts personnel, financial managers, and industry subject matter experts across multiple Services supporting Department of Defense (DoD) Services and Agencies, and Intelligence Community (IC) customers. This position will be located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

Responsibilities:
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
- Be experienced and motivated professional with the necessary skills to support the ATEA FPO by applying analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze and evaluate information required by program or project managers and all customers.
- Apply integration, communication, coordination, organizational and planning expertise to support technical and acquisition efforts in order to effectively assist DoD warfighting capabilities.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, setup and conduct facilitation activities with host organization personnel and attending organizations personnel.
- Apply knowledge and expertise in the training, facilitation and related decision support services to offices engaging in group training sessions, collaboration efforts, working groups or integrated product, process or self-directed teams.
- Ensure agenda, attendees’ list, minutes, and resulting action items are documented for the record.
- Apply experience in public speaking and hosting/briefing to large gatherings of personnel and experience in presentation to personnel with high levels of responsibility and importance.
- Support and assist in the development of: 1) training policy, procedures and strategies, 2) training requirements assessment, validation, documentation and prioritization, 3) resource analysis and determination of resources needed, 4) reviewing, recommending, utilizing, developing and managing training tools and systems, 5) conducting and/or participating in training-related meetings and events, 6) courseware development oversight and support and 7) metrics development and reporting.
- Teach learning modules within Anti-Tamper courses to industry and Government participants, and assist in curriculum development, as required.
Qualifications Required:
- 3+ years of relevant DoD work experience (years of experience may be waiverable with customer approval)
- 9+ months’ experience in an SAP and/or SCI environment (SAP/SCI experience may be waiverable with customer approval)
Education:
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (BA/BS) (Experience may be considered lieu of education)
Even better if you have these desired skills:
- Experience with training, course instruction, and course development
Clearance Requirements:
- Possess an active Top Secret security clearance, based upon a Single Scope Background (SSBI/SBPR).
- Must be eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP) access.
